Working Principle

The Rotor, the core component, rotates at low RPM to capture particulate from the gas stream.
The drive system ensures controlled speed for optimal separation.
From the flue gas stream cleaning air jets cleans the rotor and ash is collected in a hopper in a conveyor.
Inlet & outlet hoods ensure uniform gas flow across the rotor.
Clean gas moves upward, re-enters the dust-capture zone, and exits through the outlet.

This continuous separation cycle ensures stable performance, low emissions, and consistent dust discharge through the hopper.
